Soaking Sensations LLC does not at all do refunds, exchanges, remakes (unless we messed it up) on all custom orders. Here at Soaking Sensations, we make all Sea Moss Gel with Real Fresh Fruit form local farms. We do not put preservatives, powders, flavors, and thing that is not natural and/or naturally grown into our Sea Moss Gel. So, if the fruits have seeds there will be seeds in your Sea Moss Gel (not the big ones of Corse but the small ones will be, there is no way of changing that). You as the consumer will be held reasonable to let the person know who is taking the order what you can / can’t have.
